This exclusive guided tour invites you behind the scenes of our working production space right here in Victoria, where every puzzle is designed, printed, cut, and packaged under one roof. You’ll follow the journey from art selection through to the final puzzle that lands on someone’s table, and see the steps and decisions that shape the product along the way.

We’ll walk you through the mechanics of puzzle design, material selection, cutting precision, and the innovations that allow us to manufacture locally while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. Along the way, there will be interactive demo stations where you can take apart a puzzle, examine how the pieces are structured, and better understand what makes a puzzle both challenging and satisfying.
