Exploring Futures
What if imagining the future could help people design differently?
This interactive Futures Literacy Lab invites participants to explore how ideas about the future shape the choices people make today. Inspired by UNESCO’s Futures Literacy and Foresight program, the session offers a playful, workshop-style experience that encourages curiosity, creativity, and fresh ways of thinking about change. Through guided activities and collaborative conversation, participants will explore different types of futures and challenge the assumptions that shape what is believed to be possible. The lab brings together diverse perspectives to spark imagination and open up new possibilities for action.
Participants are invited to arrive curious and leave with fresh perspectives on how imagining futures can shape choices made today.
Facilitated by designers and foresight practitioners Madelaine Prince and Nathalie Robertson.
